Our headquarters in Stratford, Connecticut, USA provides the highest level of service available for Heise® pressure instruments and devices. All work is performed by expert factory-trained personnel to ensure that each device is operating properly and in full compliance with the required specifications.
If the returned item is not operating correctly, please provide a detailed description of the problem.
Please be sure to tell us if “As Received” readings are required.
Services include:
- NIST Traceable Recalibration/Recertification
- Certification to ISO 17025
- Instrument Upgrades
- Repair (all instruments/devices returned for repair will be subject to an evaluation charge)

If you’d like to send us your Heise pressure instrument for calibration service or repair, you can either fill out the request form or call (203) 385-0253 and a Heise representative will be in touch with you to arrange for a return, shipping and payment.
