Ashcroft Inc. offers repair and recalibration service for all currently cataloged Heise® pressure instruments and accessories. This service is not extended to products produced by other manufacturers.
If you would like to return a Heise® product for service, please download and print a Return Material Authorization form (PDF format), complete it, and include it with the shipment. With the return form included, no return authorization is required. Along with the form, please provide us with:
- Reason for return, i.e. recalibration or repair (state specific problem or symptom)
- Are "as received" readings required?
- Will the instrument require special cleaning, i.e. for oxygen service?
